Masjid Quba

Masjid Quba was established in 2019 by Afghan American Community of Washington with the intent of fostering a thriving diverse Muslim community based on Islamic values and preserving what is considered essential to human welfare such as Religion, Life, Family, Mind, Wealth, Justice and Liberty.

AACW Masjid Quba is a membership based nonprofit organization where the members (community) who support the Masjid and receive its services have the right to vote and become part of the decision-making process. As a mosque, we provide year-round community services, addressing the needs of our community from family counseling, newborn to Nikah services (weddings) to honoring final rites (Janaazah).

We offer five daily prayers, Friday (Jummah) prayer, educational/spiritual programs for Muslims and those seeking to learn about Islam.

We foster community and interfaith bridge-building while also promoting environmental stewardship.
